Join me for a free introductory yoga class at Acacia Ridge, on Brisbane's south side.
Hi, my name is Catherine. I have been teaching yoga asana, meditation and pranayama (breathing practices) in Tasmania since 2019.
I recently relocated from Tasmania to Brisbane with a plan to begin teaching yoga classes in Acacia Ridge starting with a free 1-hour class on Tuesday, July 18 at 5.15pm.
My yoga classes focus on the body's movement in connection to the breath delivered in a gentle vinyasa flow style of movement.
I welcome all to my classes and ensure everyone is catered to from those new to their yoga practice, to those more experienced.
I believe yoga is for everyone, every age, every experience and every walk of life.
